In january 2022 we curated a beautiful 5 day silence, meditation, mindfulness & happiness retreat hosted by Ellen Horlebein
in cooperation with wildcherryadventures and chadmanwalking
in the Moon Valley Landscape of Namibia 🇳🇦
A mix of :
different types of meditations
yin yoga, yoga nidra & laughter yoga
forest bathing / shinrin yoku
mindful walks in the wilderness
mindful activities
barefoot walks
fire ceremonies
circle of energy ceremony
indulging in fresh vegetarian food and juices, smoothies, homebrewed kombucha, lemon water, ginger water, chai tea etc.
within a fantastic and powerful new meditation family ☮ 📿 🧘🏿♀️

This retreat is an invitation for beginners and experienced meditators to practise not only Vipassana but also experience other types of meditations and join other activities like forest bathing (shinrin yoku), sunrise walks, barefoot walks, yoga sessions and more.
